RightsClaim is a free tool that helps EU consumers exercise their rights. It generates formal, legally-grounded claim letters you can send directly to businesses.

Why does this exist?

EU consumer protection law is among the strongest in the world. But most consumers don't know their specific rights or how to exercise them. Sending a formal letter citing the correct legislation is often enough to resolve a dispute — but until now, that required knowing the law or paying a lawyer.
